Analysis: A Peer Review Research Journal of Language and Human Development (JLHD): Terms & Conditions

Publication Charges Include:

1. Publication of one entire Research Paper Online: ₹1500 for Indian authors and $30 for foreign authors

2. Softcopy of Certification of paper publishing (author-wise individual)

3. Paper and authors' Details handling charges

4. Basic formatting for the Publication of a Paper

5. Typesetting.

6. Indexing of paper in all major online journal databases like Google Scholar, ResearchGate etc.

​​​​​​​​​​Terms & Conditions:

1. Maximum 3 authors are allowed for a single paper publication, with charges covering up to 3 authors. An additional charge of Rs 500 for per Indian authors and $10 for per foreign authors will be levied for each author beyond 3.

2. Authors must inform the JLHD Team of the number of authors before paper publication.

3. Hardcopy of certificates and published research papers will not be provided.

4. Once a paper is published, JLHD will not accept any requests related to changes in research paper content or authors' details.

5. Manuscripts submitted must be the author's original work, with all authors participating substantially and taking public responsibility for the work.

6. The corresponding (1st Author) Author must be authorized by all authors to transfer all royalties related to the manuscript and enter into a binding contract with JLHD.

7. Manuscripts must not be published elsewhere or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

8. Authors transfer all financial rights, including processing, reproduction, representation, printing, distribution, and online transmittal, to JLHD.

9. Refund Policy: Processing fees are non-refundable by default.

10. JLHD may update this Refund Policy at its discretion.

11. Authors grant JLHD rights to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, and claim copyright worldwide.

12. Accepted works become the property of JLHD and may not be published elsewhere without prior written permission.

13. Authors have right to deposit/submit their research papers/ articles in any repository or indexing website or any online platform or in their personal website for their promotion containing all the details of publication of the JLHD.

14. Authors represent that their work is original and does not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary, or personal right of any third party.

15. Citation and credit to JLHD are required for any reproduction, posting, transmission, distribution, or use of the article.

The corresponding author is responsible for any copyright claims and will be liable for such cases. The author also warrants that the article contains no libelous or unlawful statements.
